What is a Luxury Poptastic Elopement?
A Luxury Postastic Elopement is a 2-hr Pop-Up Elopement ceremony & reception for the couple that want a fabulous & intimate wedding at 1/2 of the cost. Similar in theory to an elopement, but with even less stress. You pick the date and time slot, bring up to 12 guests (total includes children), and we do the rest! It's a hassle-free solution for the couple that want all the details, without the headache.
Our Luxury Pop-Up Elopement Package is designed for the couple who want an intimate ceremony with beautiful touches and details without the complications, headaches and decisions that come with traditional wedding planning. Our Luxury Pop-Up Elopements present couples with more options to celebrate their wedding on specially selected dates and locations.
We offer an all inclusive package to help minimize stress for couples that want to keep it simple. When you select our Pop-Up Elopement package, we make it simple. You select a date, and time slot and then just show up with marriage license in hand; we take care of the rest. We have the vendors you need to complete the vision, made just for two, or you and a few of your closest friends and family. You don’t have to settle for ordinary. How does the package work?
A Blissful Wedding Alternative to the Big Day! Couples can now skip the grand guest list, and the financial stress of wedding planning with this all-inclusive “Luxury Pop-Up Elopement Package”. This package is a perfect solution for the couple looking for something that is not quite an elopement and not quite a full wedding affair.
The Pop-Up Elopement Package, is a series of small, intimate styled weddings, where 3 couples share the date, the space and vendor resources but not the wedding celebration. The concept of Pop-Up Weddings is that this affordable wedding opportunity only “pops up” for a short time, on different dates, at different venues and locations, with only a few exclusive ceremony time slots available. We made it affordable, by assembling a collection of some of the most talented wedding and event vendors in the greater Chattanooga area to provide everything you need from the venue, officiate, photographer, music, bouquet, cake and beautifully styled decor. We even include a cake and sparkling toast for the bride and groom with buffet and beverages for up to 12 of your special guests.
As a participant you will have 2 hrs. to have your ceremony and celebrate with family and friends. Within that 2 hrs. you can have a customized ceremony, photos with a professional photographer, have your first dance, cake cutting, garter & bouquet toss and toasting celebration with family and friends to help you celebrate. It’s that simple. At the end of the celebration you will be married, you will have celebrated a grand time with family and friends and have a beautiful set of photographs to add to your wedding day memories for years to come; and you will still have some money to have the honeymoon or home that you have always wanted.
What is a Pop-Up Elopement? A Pop-Up Elopement is an impeccably styled wedding day shared by 3 couples. We find beautiful venues and source the best of the best wedding professionals to execute a luxury elopement style ceremony for you and up to 12 of your friends and family. *children are counted as guests.
How does it work? Each Pop-Up Elopement day has 3 time slots available. You choose your 2 hr. slot, arrive with your guests and enjoy a beautiful ceremony, fun photo shoot & traditional wedding amenities. Afterward, you and your guests depart to enjoy the rest of your wedding day how you choose. Many couples reserve a table at their favorite restaurant or host an intimate dinner at their home.
Is it a Mass Wedding? No. Although 3 couples will share the same wedding day and site, the ceremonies are hours apart and private to you and your guests.
Is a Pop Up Elopement for You? A Pop-Up Elopement is truly for couples that want an intimate wedding with their closest family and friends. For couples who want a beautiful luxury ceremony but do not want to plan all of the details themselves. A Pop-Up Elopement is also great for those couples who have other priorities for their money such as a gorgeous honeymoon, a new home or simply saving for something else. The biggest benefit of a Pop-Up Elopement is that you are sharing the investment of the luxury décor, beautiful venue and the talents of the amazing wedding professionals with other couples.
What is Included? The venue & all permits, luxury elopement ceremony décor & reception, professional photography, customized music, cake, personalized toasting glasses & guestbook, all amenities, décor & coordination services (please see the complete package description as outline above).
Is 2 hrs. enough time for my wedding? Yes. The ceremony will typically take 15 min. & then photos after. You & your guests then enter the reception hall & have the remainder of the time for celebrating. We then pack up your personal items, line up your guests for the couple's grand send off & you float out the door a happily married couple.
What do you need to do? * Book your space for your Pop-Up Elopement, as we have limited slots on each day. * Obtain a marriage license. * Invite 12 of your closest friends and family to witness your vows. * Choose the fabulous attire you will wear on your wedding day. * Find a location to hold your intimate and fun after party/dinner. (We are happy to provide recommendations based on the pop up location).
Can I customize my Pop-Up Elopement Package? Yes. There are certain things about the package that can be customized. After booking you can make the following selections to make your experience unique to you and your partner: * Customized Ceremony * Customized music play list for the ceremony & your 1st dance * Customized petite wedding cake & cupcakes * Customized bridal bouquet, MOH bouquet & boutonnieres * Personalized Couple's Wedding Toasting Flutes * Reception décor package selection * Guest favor selection * Color & flower selection of some ceremony & reception amenities
Can I invite more than 12 guests? This package has a preset number of guests to allow for a fluid transition of the day. If you’d like a larger guest count we can recommend one of our Luxury Elopement Packages.
What is the Investment? The investment for the entire Luxury Pop-Up Elopement Package is $2400 (tax & optional gratuities not included) The investment for the included Luxe Crystal Elopement Package & the Petite Elopement Bliss Package combined is usually $3375. By combining these packages your saving over $875 plus a venue permit which alone can cost approx. $700. That translates into a huge savings on your wedding day!
What is your cancellation policy? All terms & policies are the same as our regular elopements. Please view our FAQ page & feel free to inquire if you have any questions or concerns.
How often do Pop-Up Elopements occur & what is the schedule? We offer our Luxury Pop-Up Elopements 4 times a year in February (Valentine's Day), May, August & November. Time slots can vary, however they are usually 11:00am, 2:00pm & 5:00pm. Times & locations will be announced at least 3 months in advance. We will accept formal bookings when the location has been finalized. You may pre-reserve your space at any time, however your space is not confirmed until a contract has been signed & deposit made. All reservations are on a 1st come basis.
How do we reserve our space? We would be honored to assist you with your big day! Complete the form below & send to us to inquire. You can also call _________ or email us at __________to inquire if your date & time slot is available. We will email you a contract to be esigned online by both of you & an invoice to pay the 50% deposit. After the contract is signed & deposit is made, we'll email you wedding planning documents, Premarital Course & the Ceremony Book. You make all of your color & decor selections & email the forms back to us. We will work with you to design a customized ceremony or you may select 1 of our prewritten ceremonies. We'll place all orders with outside vendors for services, flowers and products included in your selected package. On your big day just show up with your marriage license in hand & we'll be set up & ready!
